Welcome to Property Cashflow Calculator (PCC) (the "App"), an investment property calculator and portfolio tracking tool. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the App.

The App is designed with a privacy-first approach: all data you enter is stored locally on your device. You are not required to create an account to use the App.

By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, process, or transmit the following on our own servers:

• Your name, email address, or any contact information
• Financial data you enter into the App, including property prices, rental income, expenses, loan details, or portfolio values
• Location data
• Usage analytics or behavioural data
• Any other personally identifiable information

All financial and property data you input is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's local storage framework and never leaves your device through our systems.

3. On-Device Data Storage

All user-generated content is stored locally on your iOS device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This includes property details, financial figures, portfolio calculations, and app settings.

This data is protected by Apple's iOS security architecture, including device encryption and your passcode or biometric authentication. We have no ability to access, retrieve, or view this data.

If you delete PCC, all locally stored data is permanently removed from your device. If you restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup, your PCC data may be restored as part of that backup, subject to Apple's iCloud Privacy Policy.
